New Delhi: Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala always walks the extra mile when it comes to grooming Bollywood stars like Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone – and what’s more, she’s no different for her followers. On social media, she continues to drop heaps of motivation for people even when on vacation. When on the beach, Karachiwala never misses a chance to get her much-needed dose of vitamin Sea and what’s more, she shares some motivation with her fans and followers as well. Recently, she demonstrated a few workouts for her followers that people can practice during beach vacations because no reason is good enough to overlook fitness.

“A healthy lifestyle with Beach Living!! This is my mantra for a perfect fitness routine,” she captioned the post.

In the video, Yasmin Karachiwala is seen standing in the water and using a walking plank to support for her workout regime. She performed a complete range of workouts including the following:

  1. Seated triceps dip
  2. Side bends
  3. Squat and kick
  4. Incline push-up
  5. Alternate taps

Yasmin Karachiwala’s vacation workout regime has several health benefits to offer besides weight loss and management. These workouts collectively work on building ad strengthening the chest, arms and core muscles. These workouts increase the range of motion and flexibility as well.
