New Delhi: Actor Ali Fazal’s fan base witnessed unprecedented growth when he won over several fans with his work in Amazon Prime’s Mirzapur. Besides his impeccable acting skills, what fans loved a great deal was his bulky physique which went well with his rowdy character Guddu Pandit. But apart from his work on OTT, what fans know about the actor is that he is a fitness enthusiast who does everything – from lifting weights to high-intensity workouts to cycling. Recently, after suffering a shoulder injury, the actor was forced to halt his workout sessions. But now, he is back at the gym and fans can’t get enough of it.
In a recent Instagram video, the Fukrey fame is seen taking up multiple exercises under the guidance of his trainer Adnan Azhar. The video begins with a weight lifting session followed by battle ropes and cycling. Through the caption, the actor revealed that his shoulder injury, although much improved now, has now fully improved yet. Irrespective, he is trying to make things better with ‘lifestyle medicine’.

“Slaying it with @adnan.azhar !!! See you soon Lucknow . Hum aa rahe hain jald. Early prep !! Still battling shoulder injuries but much much improvement,” he captioned the post.
